• Cancellations: For orders that have not yet been shipped, we support a full refund. This policy ensures our customers have flexibility and peace of mind during the purchasing process.
• Custom Items: As our products are predominantly handcrafted and made to order, handcrafted cannot be refunded. It is imperative to double-check the spelling of names and selected finishes when placing. Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for these personalized pieces.
• Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund.

Given the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are inherent and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.
